tomo: Normalize with autoscale,norm,min,max with IFF format

This PR allow to fetch normalized detector taking care of autoscale/norm/min/max.

@tvincent Maybe there is something better than apply_colormap? Or this could be implemented later on silx?

Basically i use a grey scale and then only use a single channel.
