Make it compatible with BLISS 1.11

The shutter on BLISS master was reworked. As result the CI on the BLISS master is broken.

This should fix the pbm.

As our test simulate a change of the BLISS shutter state with a real implementation. It was needed to patch the test.

Luckily a pure mocked BLISS shutter could be used at some point.
