CI: Support blissdata from bliss master

Valentin Valls requested to merge blissdata into master

This PR supports the new BLISS package from the CI.

BLISS was spitted into 2 packages.

  • bliss, which is for the core
  • blissdata, which is to access to the data from bliss

The 2 packages are provided from the same git repo.

Without that the CI on the master is not anymore runnable.
