Added template for fullfield tomo

This MR provides layout templates which will be used for fullfield tomo beamline.

The idea here is to try not to fine tune each beamline, but instead to provide the same stuff, with only few customable places.

I also would like to add in this MR default actors. But i don't think it is yet possible.
