Use of h5grove for hdf5 entity resolution into hdf5 component

I kept things simple and transparent: the API is the same. h5grove is only used to access hdf5 entities to resolve potential external/soft links.

I think we could simplify things even more by making the API fit the one of h5grove (even partially).
