tomo: Improve the tiling + polish

Closes daiquiri-tomo#378 (closed) daiquiri-tomo#373 (closed)

This PR review the whole tomo widgets to fix the behaviours with the new modelization.

On top of that, a new feature was added to allow to launch actors from few dedicated ROIs:

• tiling
• zseries
• fulltomo

That's a first step to be able to setup in the future scan planification.
