hardware: User tags for motor direction

Following daiquiri!770 (merged)

This PR uses the user tags defined by BLISS to fetch the motor direction of the rotation widget.

What is supported right now is dial.clockwise and dial.anticlockwise.

This tags will also be used in the tomo API, because we need to know this direction for other stuffs.
