Allow to fetch ndarrays

Valentin Valls requested to merge allow-to-fetch-ndarrays into main

The scan data fetcher was designed for 1d channel and live update.

This PR allow to use the same server to fetch nd-data channels.

For basic use cases it's not a problem.

This should only have impact on tomo services.
