allow settings tags for multiple subsamples

Allow setting tags on mulitple subsamples (roi, poi, etc)

Additionally:

  • hide key/value additional meta data pairs for now, this can be re-enabled later with a flag showKeyValues to the component ExtraMetadata
  • filter the tags to samples / subsamples to have distinct lists for each type
  • show tags on sample list too
