Rework DC list and dialog

This PR rework the DC list and dialog in order to allow to browse a bit more easily multiple DC from a group.

  • This PR added a SubDC filter in order to display more data collections.
  • Rework the DC dialog to allow to display every DC from a group
    • The DC dialog now display a specific DC, not a summary from the group
    • You can switch throw the different DC of the group without opening a new dialog
  • Rework the different DC views to constrain a bit a consistent layout information
  • Rework the whole component to use a dataCollection property instead of a flat description
