This PR rework the monitors to allow to feed more stuffs inside.

Create a dedicated package for monitor
Split MonitorHardware from the main panel
Added unit, which allow to specify a fixed label or a unit from the hardware property
Added MonitorSample (type: sample)
Added MonitorProposal (type: proposal)

The new monitors can displayed using dedicated value daiquiri.proposal and daiquiri.sample.
