Make sure this imports are not ignored

Probably broken since the conversion to typescript.

Sounds like this import was ignored, maybe, maybe only in dev mode.

This patch looks to force the import and then the allocation of this providers globally.

I can't tell much, expect than the tomo component for reconstructed slice is working back.
