Tiling: Tune tiling interaction

Valentin Valls requested to merge tune-tiling-interaction into master
  • Rework the interaction to zoom on click by default
  • Added mode for pan and zoom
  • Display widget for the scale (this have to be improved later)

It also create a useTilingPlotModel, which is about actions and projection on the 3D plot. The content is not very nice for now, but this could be reworked at some point.
