This MR mostly provides new tools for the toling view

A ruler tool
A marker tool to pin and display few 3D location in the plot
Plus few fixes
Plus few code refactoring
- Added geometry.ts to provide helpers related to the tomo sample stage geometry
- Added specialized component for mouse interaction (for example MoveMotorsInteraction) which allow to use them as descriptive way
