Tomo: Supports detector user pixel size

For now scientist does not move the detector and the beam propagation is not taken into account to the pixel size.

As result they fine tune the pixel size manually at a specific location.

This MR rework tomodetector to take care of this user pixel size

  • Added widget to display and edit the pixel size
  • Added widget to display the detector size
  • Changed ROI pixel size selection to take care of the user pixel size
