Tomo: Create and move ROIs based on available detector/optics

This improve the tiling view of the tomo

  • Expose new properties from the hardware
  • Create a dedicated widget to list and select an available fov/pixel size
  • Create a new tomo scan within a ROI
  • Allow to update ROI location based on DnD
