Upgrade CRA to v5

I've fixed a number of issues, notably with PostCSS v8. If you get errors related to that, delete your node_modules folder and re-install; this will ensure PostCSS v8 gets properly installed (thanks NPM...)

The tests and styleguide are currently broken. Feel free to have a look at it, as I may not have time to get back to this right away.
