Usability on the actor form

This MR rework the actor form in order to make is a bit more convinient to use

• There is 2 explicit buttons to queue or execute now the actor
• A checkbox to allow to close now the form
• As you can see the Queue Scan field is still in the form, but i think it's just easier to remove it manually from your actors
