Tomo: Sinogram and reconstructed sinogram

This MR provides tomo widget for special tomo data.

  • sinogram (live scan plot using plotly)
  • reconstructed sinogram (using h5web)

Here is it the bare widget. The connectors with the tomo providers will be part of another MR.
