Edf single frame

Pierre Paleo requested to merge edf_single_frame into master

In the majority of cases of EDF datasets, the file name suffix faithfully corresponds to the projection number.
To avoid opening all EDF files (which can be very long for big datasets), allow an option to guess the frame index from the file name.

Perhaps the option name should be other than single_frame... I am open to suggestions
