Fix 47

move from flats.hdf5 and darks.hdf5 to file_prefix_flats.hdf5 and file_prefix_darks.hdf5 in order to avoid conflict.

This come from the fact that there is nothing to prevent o have several .nx in the same directory with the same entry.
