Add z translation on HDF5TomoScan

  • HDF5 level
    • handle X, Y and Z translation by adding property to HDF5TomoScan
    • give also access to it from Frame
  • TomoScanBAse
    • create base class
  • EDF
    • probably won't be supported for EDF
