edf2nx: add option '--use-existing-angles' to the CLI.

payno requested to merge fix_181 into 1.0

ID16a is one of the two esrf user of edf2nx. In their case they have angles stored in headers that they most often want to use (instead of ID16b). So adding this option in the CLI would prevent in several case to create a dedicated configuration file and simplify usage.

The option allows to skip recomputing the angles and use the one existing from headers.
