Take into accound 'RAW_DATA' and 'PROCESSED_DATA'

  • take into account 'PROCESSED_DATA' and 'RAW_DATA'
  • allow users to provide a directory path to the h52nx CLI
  • add stdout with output location if progress provided. As the output file might appear more confusing now
