Launch nexus version 1 4

• append detector x_rotation_axis_pixel_position and y_rotation_axis_pixel_position
• append source distance (source / sample distance)
• deprecate 'estimated_cor_from_motor'

Note: we will most likely not need the three 'x_pixel_offset', 'y_pixel_offset' and 'z_pixel_offset'. But if they are not defined they won't appear in the NXtomo at the moment. But this is debatable
