⚠ This MR needs the latest development version of tomoscan. Do not merge until a new version of tomoscan is released!

This MR adds the possibility to exclude projections from being processed.

To do

  • Plug to tomoscan
  • Add option in nabu config and ProcessConfig
  • End-to-end reconstruction tests
  • Wait for tomoscan 0.4.0 to be released
  • Update setup.py to require tomoscan >= 0.4.0
