Cli improvements

Some CLI improvements.

• Add --slice middle to nabu nabu.conf
• Detect if the --slice argument is out of range
• Print estimated phase margin
• Print estimated CoR
• [ ] Set default logger file mode to "w" not so simple, see #156 (closed)
