y-stitching: plenty of small bug fix to make y-stitching work

  • generalize high level API from ̀z-stitchingtostitching`
  • make sure the nabu-stitching works for y-stitching on projections
  • when submitting to a non-existing partition this raise a weird error (file not existing) -> the error should be clearer
  • check resulting position
