Implement processing of al NX entries in NX file in nabu.reconstruct.py

Allow the reconstruction of all entries in a NX file.

  • Modifiy app/reconstruct to handle all entries in NX file to be reconstructed.
  • Allow "all" in the pipeline (for Python API usage).
