Integrate NXTomoReader and EDFStackReader in reconstruction pipeline (bypass DataUrls).

To do

• Reconstruct Nexus dataset
  • Read data
  • Full pipeline (without checkpoint)
  • Full pipeline (save / resume from checkpoint)
• Reconstruct EDF dataset
  • Read data
  • Full pipeline (without checkpoint)
  • Full pipeline (save / resume from checkpoint)
• Exclude projections
  • Pass tomoscan information to readers (only when not resuming from checkpoint ?)
  • Check that it works (full pipeline reconstruction)
