Issue477: Amend `pyproject.toml` to avoid nested `build/lib` dirs.

Found this ont a similar issue. It seems to do the job, at least on the local source dir. I did not try to remove the nested dirs in the site_packages dir to check the new behavior. But seems OK (no news build/lib dir created at the end of the loooong serie of dirs...).
