Issue 486: fix attempt

This is an first attempt to make the absolute COR consistent everywhere. Apart from CORFinder.find_cor() and SinoCORFinder.find_cor(), I searched shape[1] / 2, radio_dims[1] / 2 and alike, and modified accordingly. There might be other places where this modification should be done (@paleo your eyes are needed). I expect the tests to fail since the reference values probably become wrong. WIP...
