Add support for ".vol" output

This MR is (almost) a cherry-pick from !248 (merged)

To do

  • Add .vol to user interface (config file, ProcessConfig, etc)
  • Update WriterManager (2023.1 branch)
  • End-to-end reconstruction tests

This comes with two bonus bug fixes:

  • Fix CoR on halftomo when CoR on the left
  • Fix big-tiff / .vol not overwritten
