Improvements for BM05

This MR adds improvements for BM05.

To do

  • Configuration template
  • Fix logs file creation (close #297 (closed) )
  • Fix jpeg2000 usage (see #348 (closed) )
  • Add check on images shape for flats/darks in FlatField
  • End-to-end reconstruction test

Update: fixing jpeg2000 support in pipeline would probably be best in #381 (closed). For now, let's accept that jpeg2k is not available in pipeline - anyway it's highly improbable that it's used in its current form due to its shortcomings.

The nabu-cast application should not have this problem.
