Corr finder toolbox

myron requested to merge corr_finder_toolbox into master

a command line tool, part of nabu-tool-box command, which is a toolbox in the style of the nxtomomill command. In particular, added a cor finder tool box which has been tested on a z-series and in principle can work also on isolated scans
