About

Fix writers not saving data correctly (data is only partially written, NX does not have the proper attributes eg. interpratetion)

To do

  • Fix Multi-tiff writer not appending data correctly
  • Fix HDF5 writing only partial volume (?)
  • Fix HDF5 attributes (eg. "interpretation")
  • End-to-end reconstruction tests

Notes

Temporary solution: switch back to LegacyNXProcessWriter. Wait !188 (merged) (and the E2E tests) to fix/use the new writers.
