Configuration templates

Long-awaited feature: configuration file templates.
- Standard templates will be provided by nabu (eg.
id19_pag,id16_ctf,id16_holo, ...) - Users can write their own templates and use them through
NABU_TEMPLATE_DIRenvironment variable (or better mechanism ?)
