Update loading darks and flats mecanism and allow computation of only one of the two.

payno requested to merge allow_reading_darks_and_flats_from_diff_sources into master
  • never look in tomwer_processes anymore: dark and flats will now be in 'default' tomoscan url if the reduced have been computed.
  • if only one is provided (by a copy for example) then we must allow only the second to be computed.
