[HDF5DatasetAnalyzer] update to handle the new tomwer_processes file name

"tomwer_processes.h5" has been renamed to "[scan_basename]_tomwer_processes.h5". This PR handle the modification done in https://gitlab.esrf.fr/tomotools/tomwer/-/merge_requests/325
