Create a nabu.estimation module

This MR brings a new module: nabu.estimation. This module will contain all the tools for estimation (CoR, tilt, etc).

To do

  • Create nabu.estimation
  • Split alignment.py into several files
  • Ensure backward compatibility
  • Move alignment tests
  • End-to-end reconstruction test
