CI: Bump micro-version at each merge request

Pierre Paleo requested to merge ci_bump_version into master

The "development" version of nabu is often updated on the computing cluster.
In order to keep track of the "latest added features", we now enforce the micro version (Z in version 20XX.Y.Z) to be incremented at each merge request.
