stitching: handle 4D
In the case we have a 4D acquisition / volume.
the goal is to have 'consistent' and 'constant' volume size in 4D. Including center of rotation and 3 dimensions of stitching.
for pre-processing
Step1: compute the overlap position on all the NXtomo. take the mean / median or percentiles of those positions and apply it.
At the end all the NXtomo must have the same dimensions.
What is missing for now: have a preprocessing to compute the axis position over a list of volumes. Then we provide the position to the stitcher (this part should already be done)
