FlatField: ignore additional darks when n_darks > 2
Most of the times (if not always), it does not make sense to take two series of darks for a given scan.
That's why the FlatField
classes only support one (series of) dark, and crash if more are present.
However users can do a mistake on the acquisition side, and the scan might end up with several series of darks. In this case, they can be stuck in the processing (and patching darks/flats is not obvious even with tomwer).
The best would probably be to ignore the extra darks so that the processing can continue.
