Helical scan: weight projections
During a helical scan, a volume slice can be projected more than once for the same angle modulo pi: (theta, z0), (theta+pi, z1), (theta+2*pi, z2)
. Depending on the location in the volume, the number of times a slice is projected (for a given angle) will vary. This has to be accounted when doing a helical scan reconstruction.
