Update actual size

This sync the actual detector size based on the BLISS image ROI

  • BLISS cache this image ROI state, as result Tango Lima is not aware of such change.
  • Plus i am not sure what means image_sizes: 1. the size of the actual stored image (last image), or 2. the actual configuration of the detector for the next frame
