Added nabu and scikit-image as dependencies

Added optional dependency name align for our alignment use case.

This libraries could be moves as default dependency in the future.

  • but nabu still create some constraints with silx (which are incompatible with the actual BLISS/Flint).
  • scikit image is only a dependency to BM05, but as it's general use case, i think it's fine to be here.
