simulator: Small fixes

Closes #143 (closed)

Mostly fix a bug which creating glitch are the restart of the lima simulator.

• Fixes bug in remote bliss service
• Fixes bug in beam modelization in voxel simulator
• Put a delay for a test which was sometimes failing
• Plus few typo and typing

Nothing related to the code for beamline.
