simu: Feature conic and non orthogonal beam

Allow to setup few extra parameters to allow to check the holotomo and the beamtracker on the lima simulator.

  • focal location with sx0 sy0 sz0
  • holo with sx detector_distance
  • non orthogonal beam with sy_angle sz_angle
  • clock and anti-clock rotation with srot_dir
