Various clean up

Valentin Valls requested to merge various-clean-up into main

Here is few changes i did to make Daiquiri happy.

  • Added an helper update_axis for FlatMotion in order to simplify live edition of the motion in Daiquiri
  • Added exposing latency_time as a BeaconObject setting
  • And few clean up
  • Fixes a wrong update of _in_beam_motion
