Create a core holotomo component

Feature an optional core component to setup and manage the state of the holotomo at fullfield tomo beamlines.

• Expose the expected user pixel size
• Expose the distances to be used
• Allow to move the sample at distance
• Warn if the active detector have changed
• Update documentation
